RU Good is an automated, text-based daily check-in service. At a designated time each day, an automated SMS asks if everything is okay. Replying with a single letter (“Y”) completes the check-in. If a check-in goes unanswered past our gentle safety buffers, our system automatically dispatches an alert to designated trusted contacts to check in. No apps, no wearables, and no GPS tracking.
Is my information safe and private?

Can I change my check-in times?
What happens if there's no response?
